This is to inform you that:
1. The Administrator of your personal data is the Zenon Brzewski International Music Courses in Łańcut Association, based in Łańcut, 19, 3 Maja Street, 37-100, hereafter
called the Administrator.
Your data processing operations conducted by the Administrator are as follows:
- first name and surname,
- date of birth,
- home address,
- e-mail,
- telephone number,
- bank account number,
- first name and surname of parent or guardian.
2. Your personal data shall be processed with a view to the present and future enrolment for participation in the International Music Courses in Łańcut and it shall not be made accessible to any other recipients.
3. The legal basis for your data processing is art.6, act 1, let. A of the general directive for personal data protection of 27 April 2016.
4. You are entitled to:
- request from the Administrator access to your personal data in order to correct it, delete it or restrict its processing,
- raise an objection to this mode of processing,
- transmit the data,
- file a complaint with a supervisory body,
- withhold consent to processing your data.
5. Your personal data shall not be used for decisions in automatic profiling.
6. You have a right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office if you find the processing of your data to be in breach of the regulations stipulated by the general directive for personal data protection of 27 April 2016.
7. Your personal data shall be stored over the term of five years.
